- PublicationSyntheses, structure and intercalation properties of low-dimensional phenylarsonates, A(HO3AsC6H5)(H 2O3AsC6H5) (A = Tl, Na, K and Rb)(01-01-2006)
;Reddy, Bonthu Krishna Kishore ;Rao, K. PrabhakaraFour new low-dimensional phenylarsonates, A(HO3AsC 6H5)(H2O3AsC6H 5) (A = Tl(1), Na(2), K(3) and Rb(4)), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic and thermal studies. They crystallize in triclinic unit cells and have approximately planar arrangement of A+ ions, coordinated to oxygen atoms of phenylarsonates, on both sides. Structure of thallium phenylarsonate as determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, is one-dimensional, whereas those of alkalimetal analogues are two-dimensional. Successful intercalation reactions of compounds 1 and 2 with primary n-alkyl amines have been demonstrated. © Indian Academy of Sciences. - PublicationMonovalent metal phenylphosphonates and phenylarsonates: Single crystal X-ray structures of A(HO3PPh)(H2O3PPh) (A = K, Rb, Cs, Tl) and Na(HO3AsPh)(H2O3AsPh) and methylamine intercalation of A(HO3PPh) (H2O 3PPh) (A = Li, Na, K, Tl)(01-01-2013)
;Padalwar, Nitin Balkrushna ;Pandu, ChekkaSingle crystal X-ray structures of known A(HO3PPh)(H 2O3PPh) (A = K, Rb, Cs, Tl) phenylphosphonates and sodium phenylarsonate, Na(HO3AsPh)(H2O3AsPh) have been determined. This and previous studies together describe the four types of structures of a series of seven A(HO3PPh)(H2O 3PPh) (A = Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Tl, NH4) phenylphosphonates. Sodium phenylarsonate is isostructural with its phenylphosphonate analogue. A(HO3PPh)(H2O3PPh) (A = Li, Na, K and Tl) compounds undergo methylamine intercalation. © 2013 Elsevier Inc. ;Rao, Koya PrabhakaraSeven new low-dimensional phenylphosphonates, A(H-O3PC 6H5)(H2O3PC6H 5) [A = Li (1), Na (2), K (3), Rb (4), Cs (5), NH4 (6) and T1 (7)], have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic and thermal studies. They crystallize in triclinic unit cells with two formula units and have approximately planar arrangement of A+ ions, coordinated to oxygen atoms of phenylphosphonates, on both sides. Compounds 1 and 6 are one-dimensional, whereas others are two-dimensional. All of them undergo room-temperature intercalation reactions with primary n-alk-ylamines and ammonia. Single crystal X-ray structures of compounds 1, 2 and 6 have been determined. © Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, 2005. - PublicationSynthesis and X-ray crystal structures of the new, three-dimensional ethylenediphosphonates [A{HO3P(CH2)2PO 3H2}] (A = alkali metal, Tl, or NH4): Solid Brönsted acids that exhibit topotactic intercalation and deintercalation of ammonia(20-02-2006)
;Rao, Koya PrabhakaraSeven new ethylenediphosphonates with the formula [A{HO 3P(CH2)2PO3H2}] [A = Li (1), Na (2), K (3), Rb (4), Cs (5), Tl (6), and NH4 (7)], have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and thermal studies. They have four types of three-dimensional structures, with variations in the coordination of the A+ ions. All of them are solid Brönsted acids that undergo room-temperature, acid-base intercalation reactions with ammonia. © Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, 2006. - PublicationMonovalent metal phenylphosphonates and phenylarsonates: Single crystal X-ray structures of A(HO3PPh)(H2O3PPh) (A = K, Rb, Cs, Tl) and Na(HO3AsPh)(H2O3AsPh) and methylamine intercalation of A(HO3PPh)(H2O3PPh) (A = Li, Na, K, Tl)(01-07-2013)
