Abstract
A fibre based Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system has been developed and characterized. A Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) mirror was used to scan infrared beam over the sample. in this paper, we have presented the system, its specifications and the results obtained. in particular we discuss about the suitability of the MEMS mirror based OCT to image vibrating samples. © 2011 SPIE.
