Abstract
We propose an integrated optical design of cascaded microring resonators to achieve tunable microwave bandpass filter w ith a p rogrammable b andwidth o f 500-1100MHz and symmetrical rejection of 50dB at ±5GHz. A proof-of-concept experimental result is presented.
