Abstract
A lot of systems that support various aspects of e-health are presented on the market and in the literature (a brief overview is provided in the next section). But, as the analysis shows and practice confirms, among them there are no systems that fully satisfy the standardization and personalization limitations and many other requirements. This paper proposes the development of clinical decision support systems based on automata approach. The specifics of the solution is demonstrated on the real clinical process of management of patients with stable coronary artery disease and high-grade ventricular arrhythmia. The data storage specifics with obtaining and presenting the medical contraindications is shown, allowing to isolate, store and process the conflicting clinical information. The effectiveness of the proposed system in comparison with existing approaches is introduced.
