Abstract
A detailed theoretical and experimental analysis to increase the sensitivity of the speckle pattern fringes produced by the longitudinal motion of a diffuse object is proposed by modifying the illuminating beam at the filtering stage. Also multiple exposures are made on the same photographic plate and the fringe profile variation due to the exposure time is studied. © 1988.
