Abstract
In this work, we present the entry and transit behavior of cells through a flexible micro-constriction (fabricated using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)) and compare with the same through a rigid micro-constriction. Experimentally, we have investigated the effect of flexibility of the micro-constriction on the entry time, transit velocity and induced hydrodynamic resistance offered by the cell.
