An energy based analysis of thermo-mechanical fatigue

The inelastic hysteresis energy supplied to the material in a cycle is used as the basis for analysing the non-isothermal fatigue data of Haynes 188 and B 1900 +Hf superalloys and extended to fatigue life prediction in thermo-mechanical loading conditions of Haynes 188.
