Abstract
We have characterized the instability of CW Master Oscillator Power Amplifier fiber laser due to Stimulated Brillouin Scattering by statistically analyzing timing information of reflected SBS pulses using constant fraction discriminator and observed a 36.6 % increase in SBS instability.
