The acoustics of concert halls through a subjective evaluation

This study investigated the subjective response of regular concert-goers to the acoustics of concert halls for South Indian classical music through a questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted at seven live vocal concerts during the annual music festival and was aimed at determining a listener's perspective of acoustic requirements and an acoustic ranking of 22 concert halls.
