CONFAP—a computer program for inelastic analysis of reinforced concrete framed structures

This paper presents a computer program CONFAP for the inelastic analysis of reinforced concrete framed structures. A unified formulation of the inelastic analysis as a Linear Complementarity Problem is explained. The computer program is described with the aid of a flow chart and significant computational steps involved in the program are given. The computational efficiency of CONFAP and its applicability to large structures is demonstrated through three selected examples. © 1980, All rights reserved.
