Thermoluminescence of NaF Harshaw Single Crystals Irradiated to Medium Doses

A systematic investigation of the dose dependence of thermoluminescence (TL) of NaF Harshaw samples reveals many interesting features. A number of glow peaks, their peak temperatures, and relative intensities vary with the dose significantly. An effort is made to find the relation between the various glow peaks and the colour centres by optical bleaching of F‐centres (OB), phototransfer (PT), and thermal stability studies.
