Abstract
A comprehensive control-flow complexity metric is proposed and justified by exhibiting precisely stated intuitive properties that can be expected of any control-flow complexity metric. The proposed measure uses the linearized flowgraph model of a computer program and assigns relative weights to all factors influencing control flow.
