Abstract
In this paper we give a simple method to test the existence of the decomposition of the form A(Z1, Z2) A(Z1-1, Z2-1 B(Z1, Z2B(Z1-1, Z2-1 = (Z1, Z2) B(Z1, Z2+ P(Z1-1, Z2-1) B(Z1-1, Z1-1) for a stable two-dimensional transfer function of a recursive filter H(Z1, Z2) = A(Z1, Z2)/B(Z1, Z2). © 1984.
