Constant-input stability of some known digital biquads

Several second-order digital filter structures have been proposed recently, which possess excellent sensitivity characteristics and which are free from zero-input limit cycles. It is shown in this letter that by making some simple modifications, these filter structures can be stabilised against constant-input limit cycles as well. © 1989, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
